VIP event with Last Drop Distillers offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to sample one of the rarest bourbons on the planet with all proceeds going to Charity. Sample a selection of curated whiskeys from the W Aspen’s Single Barrel Collection. Featuring Stagg Jr and Weller Full Proof from Buffalo Tace Distillery, Rare Character Bourbon and paired with exquisite bites crafted by Chef Alexis Torres Beltran. The evening will be hosted by Rebecca Jago, Managing Director of Last Drop Distillers where she will talk us through their unique bottlings, while we taste Release No. 28 A Blend of Kentucky Straight Whiskeys married together by Master Blender, Drew Mayville from Sazerac.
